Arrival & Departure

  • Yes, items like cots and highchairs are available for hire. Fees apply.

  • There are 5 bedrooms and all beds are King beds. No additional bedding is permitted such as rollaway beds.

  • We are conveniently located just 5 minutes from Gold Coast Airport (Domestic & International terminals) and approximately 2 hours from Brisbane Airport.

    You can take a taxi or Uber directly from the airport, or if you prefer, we can organise private airport transfers to and from the property for an additional cost. Please let us know in advance if you would like to arrange a transfer.

  • No. This property has a strict no-pet policy.

  • Maximum occupancy is 10 people. All guest names and ages must be provided before check-in.

  • Only registered guests are permitted. No parties, events, or commercial activities are allowed without prior written approval.

  • No. Commercial activities, including filming, photography, and events, are prohibited unless approved in writing.

    • If cancelled more than 30 days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus a $250 fee.

    • If cancelled within 30 days: Deposit is forfeited.
      We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover any disruptions.

  • Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is strictly by 10:00 AM.

  • Late check-outs are available on request and incur a charge of $400 per hour after 10:00 AM.

Payments & Security Bond

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance is due 30 days before arrival.

  • Yes. A $10,000 bond is held via credit card pre-authorisation on check-in day. If you do not have a credit card, a $10,000 direct deposit is required prior to arrival.

Parking & Access

  • The Penthouse includes 2 secure parking spaces located within private lock-up garage in the building’s secure residential parking facility. These are included at no additional cost. If you require additional parking, spaces may be available (subject to availability) within the secured residential area (not the private garages) at a rate of $15 per night.

Booking Approval

  • All bookings are subject to approval and background checks within 72 hours. We reserve the right to decline any booking that does not meet our terms.
